First part is for users / public who would like to notify about any mismanagement from government side. Second part is where the admin comes in the . The admin will have all the rights to see the complaints filed by users. Admin can delete/update the process of the requests by the users. This project which we made is a very small part of which the real government site has already established. This was the very first step of ours to give the people of the country a better way to solve their day to day issues in which government too plays a role in there.
