Introduction

Here is all you should know about this project of us. The project basically is a website in which it is divided in two parts. First part is for users / public who would like to notify about any mismanagement from government side.


Second part is where the admin comes in the . The admin will have all the rights to see the complaints filed by users. Admin can delete/update the process of the requests by the users. This project which we made is a very small part of which the real government site has already established. This was the very first step of ours to give the people of the country a better way to solve their day to day issues in which government too plays a role in there.

Working



Our project basically asks user about their details related to their complaint like what is the issue and sub-issue and if possible an image related to their issue due to which the government officer can easily detect the problem and help the user to solve the issue.


In the admin side, the user's details will be collected and as soon as the officer is able to process the user's request, in the users profile it will automatically be updated about the current progress of the request which the user has made. Moreover, the admin can easily detect the issue here as right now we have limited the request only till cities.


Main motive

Our main motive when we decided to take the project was to ease the life of the civilians, and also educate the uneducate, those who are far away somewhere from this digital world and bend up going from one government office to another for their everyday issues they are facing in their areas, societies or home. It moreover boosts our confidence working on such a type of project which will help the government to help reduce the problems of their very own people who elected them.

Future improvements

Since right now our project is limited to cities only we tend to make to cover every corner of the country which includes towns and villages too in the future with proper acquired knowledge and make ease the situations of our country people who face any kind of issues in which government is responsible for. Moreover, this project will flourish in upcoming years with proper guidance and maintenance. We believe that this project will help the government as we expected to.

This is whole website is created to save the time and also we create this to reduce the stress and also we want that in every area of our India, the government check the public places and also maintain it properly and then and then our India become clean and we can show our India as a strong and updated country in the front of the world.
